1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, using, or placing an order through Get All Book (via website, mobile application, or call/missed call service), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules or guidelines.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and delivery information

  • Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or service if we find violations of our terms or misuse of our platform.

3. Service Description

Get All Book provides an e-commerce platform to order books and related items. Orders can be placed via our:

  • Official website: www.getallbook.com

  • Customer service via missed call or direct phone call

We aim to deliver quality service and maintain up-to-date pricing and product information. However, we do not guarantee error-free operation or real-time stock availability.

4. Order and Delivery Policy

  • Orders can be placed 7 days a week.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day or as per the user-selected date.

  • Minimum order value is ₹200. Orders below this value may incur a ₹40 delivery charge.

  • All prices shown on the website or app are final at the time of order.

  • Delivery may involve a ±5% quantity variance due to packaging or product variation.

5. Payment Terms

We accept multiple modes of payment including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • UPI / Digital Wallets

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed (except for COD).

6. Product Availability & Substitution

We strive to fulfill every order in full. However:

  • If a product is unavailable or does not meet our quality standards, it will not be delivered.

  • You will be invoiced only for the items delivered.

  • Substitutions may occur only with your prior consent.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time by contacting our customer support. Refunds (if prepaid) will be processed:

  • Via original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are not applicable for items that are delivered in good condition unless proven defective or damaged

8. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Get All Book may offer promotional deals, discounts, or loyalty benefits. These are subject to:

  • Expiry dates

  • Usage limits

  • Applicable terms as specified per campaign

You may opt out of promotional communications by sending "NO OFFERS" to 9512512125.

9. Use Restrictions

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our platform

  • Use bots or scrapers to collect data

  • Publish or share offensive, false, or misleading information

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to take legal action in case of misuse or violation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Get All Book — including logos, product data, layout, software, and text — is the intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get All Book shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

  • Any loss arising from delays or failures in delivery

  • Technical issues, data breaches, or service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected order.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in kolkata

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and app. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
